(voiceover) Wake up.
A quick succession of shots of the main five characters' eyes opening. Order: Hallyr, Aricin, Klara, Ikki, and Leif.
NARRATOR
Clearly, you're involved in something much larger than any of us can understand.
EXT. FESTIVAL SQUARE - DAY
NARRATOR
A war is on our hands and I fear you all are our only chances at peace.
Three quick medium shots of our three heroes exploring the festival.
A quick shot of Arild holding his wife's bloodied body.
An extreme closeup of Andi's bloodied neck as a drop of blood falls.
The shot fades into the next.

You aren't just heroes for hire, I believe the great tree Askerah picked you.

EXT. MAGIC FOREST - DAY
Each character is shown using their respective powers. Hallyr summons a spell, Jasper swings down his halberd, and Aera brandishes her poison blade.
NARRATOR
This journey is impossible to take alone, you have to come to rely on one another.
