As is customary in Adal as soon as the tiefling Priska was born she was whisked away to a church. The teachings of Erasmus were burned into her, literally. Priska was made to endure extreme teachings and punishment all carried out under the guise that it would bring her closer to salvation.

As Priska somehow thrived under the harsh conditions she was soon made to begin military training. There her real ability began to show, her newfound fear of Erasmus and want for his approval was apparent. She quickly rose through the ranks but eventually hit a wall. Her abilities did not exceed her older peers, but she longed to be closer to their status and therefore closer to the crown. Certain that her devotion must be seen she covertly began killing her peers. Over the course of a few months, she killed her superiors, out of order in random ways hoping not to draw any suspicion. Her efforts went unnoticed for a while as they could not track down a killer, and once she had risen to the rank of second in command of the entire army of Adal she was presented before Queen Austairia. Falling at her feet she confessed her murders before the queen. The queen at first was horrified by these acts of treason but soon realized Priska was the perfect soldier. Her devotion did not come with a want for power, only a want for the ear of god, after all those years of unanswered prayers Austairia could give her an answer, and make her the perfect pawn.

Queen Austairia applauded Priska's willingness to kill for her god and disposed of the already aging commander, placing Priska on the royal court. Upon Queen Austairia's death, Elbrecht was placed under Priska's protection. Priska now lives and dies by the word of Elbrecht and will stop at nothing to serve his wants and needs.
